๐ Pan India delivery โ all states & union territories.
๐ฟ Rural / remote areas: extra 2โ3 days for last-mile delivery.
๐ International shipping: currently not available (due to herbal/pharma customs restrictions).

- Free shipping โ on orders โน499 & above.
- Standard fee โ โน50 for orders below โน499.
- Express delivery (metro cities) โ โน120, delivers in 2โ3 days.
- COD available (โน200 to โน5000) โ โน40 convenience fee. High-value COD orders (โน3000+) verified via call.

๐ Failed Delivery / RTO & Re-attempts
๐ฎ Courier partners attempt delivery 3 times. If undelivered (wrong address, unavailable,ๆๆถ): order returns to Aumvedha hub. RTO restocking fee: โน75 + shipping charges will be deducted from refund (if prepaid). For COD RTO orders, customer cannot raise a fresh COD for next 30 days.

๐ฏ Temperature-sensitive products (ghee-based lehyams, tailams) may be held at local hub during extreme heat waves โ we notify you via SMS.
๐งพ Damaged / leaky products: Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos to returns@aumvedha.com for immediate replacement.
๐ Ayurvedic principle: we donโt compromise on product safety โ slight delivery delay is better than a spoiled formulation.
